Blake is a veteran real estate developer and oil and gas exploration executive. Blake has been developing convenience stores across the country for the past decade. He has drilled gas wells alongside the late T. Boone Pickens and partnered with the late Aubrey McClendon in drilling with Chesapeake Energy. He is responsible for maintaining and communicating the vision of SQRL and leads the funding push for the company. Blake’s vision for the company is to "'Rebuild America" one corner store at a time through the companies key principles- Service, Quality, Relationships and Loyalty which is the acronym for SQRL. 

A seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a passion for innovation and growth. As the President and Founder of three successful companies and veteran of the fuel industry, Mallik has a proven track record of building and scaling businesses across diverse industries.

As COO at SQRL, Chris Lehnhoff is responsible for all national operations, overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. Chris is a veteran of the oil and energy sector, previously working with some of the largest companies in the industry. Prior to joining the executive team, Chris was recruited to be an owner/operator of his own SQRL Service Stations. Holding an MBA, Chris combined formal business education with years of industry experience to grow his business to 13 successful stores throughout Missouri and Kansas.

James is responsible for overseeing the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. He collaborates with the executive team to ensure financial strategies align with company goals and also manages relationships with lenders and investors. He brings to SQRL his experience working in banking and helping launch several startup companies.

Alex ensures that each department has systems and processes that run efficiently and effectively. He uses data and analytics to track and manage the health of the company financially as well as clear vision into where problems exist so they can be remedied in a timely manner. His detail oriented mindset and background in design, data management and construction management are important assets in the administration of the SQRL systems and processes.

Matt is a veteran of the Marine Corps Special Operations Command. Matt was at the tip of the spear into Iraq after 9/11. He is a Bronze Medal Recipient for Valor in Combat in Operation Enduring Freedom. He brings a very interesting mix of team leader and financial mind to the team as he leads the charge of the fuel department at SQRL.

With over a decade's worth of leadership experience in the convenience store retail space, John Castles, Vice President of Operations for SQRL, uses his front-line experience to develop and implement processes and practices across the organization to increase the quality of customer service and profitability. He serves as the conduit from the store level to senior management, overseeing the day to day operations for SQRL. By formulating strategies, improving performances and mentoring leadership in the field, he diagnoses challenges and identifies solutions for all SQRL locations. 

Adam holds a juris doctorate and LLM. He has worked on Wall Street in corporate finance and now leads the charge for SQRL Holdings. His financial mind and legal background is imperative for the health and growth of SQRL as he ensures the vision of the company is executed and guided appropriately.

Stephen plans, directs, coordinates and oversees store operations at SQRL. Maximizing development and implementation of efficient store operations are his strengths. His focus on cost effective procedures help meet the current and future store needs of the organization.
